About HARU.

Original Art for Everyday Living

Founded in 2022 in Seattle, HARU. is a contemporary label by artist and designer Haruko Mori, working at the intersection of printmaking, contemporary art, and wearable design.

Rooted in a rigorous artistic education in Japan, Haruko holds a Master’s degree in Oil Painting and Printmaking. Her work has been exhibited internationally and includes collaborations with fashion houses in Tokyo, establishing a multidisciplinary practice that bridges studio art and contemporary culture.

HARU. extends Haruko’s visual language beyond the gallery, translating original artwork into limited-edition footwear, apparel, and everyday objects. Guided by the principles of printmaking, each release embraces rarity, intentionality, and collectability.

“Creating sneakers, T-shirts, and objects with my artwork is, for me, an extension of printmaking. Like prints, each piece exists within a defined edition—wearable works that carry the presence of the original gesture.”

Raised in Japan, Haruko developed an early fascination with the intersection of art, fashion, and everyday life. Combined with a lifelong interest in contemporary culture, these influences continue to shape HARU.’s distinctive balance of refinement and utility.

Defined by restraint and visual clarity, HARU. presents garments and footwear as collectible artifacts—where art is not applied to fashion, but intrinsically embedded within it.

Each release is limited, deliberate, and inseparable from Haruko’s creative practice.
