Founded in 2024 in Seattle, HARU. is a contemporary label by artist and designer Haruko Mori, created from a simple belief: art is a visual language that brings people together.
In an increasingly screen-based world, opportunities for spontaneous, face-to-face conversations have become rare. HARU. was created from the desire to bring those moments back—to create wearable artworks that spark curiosity, invite questions, and become the beginning of genuine human connection.
A pair of sneakers, a T-shirt, or a tote bag can become more than an object. It can become a conversation.
Raised in Japan, Haruko earned a Master’s degree in Oil Painting and Printmaking before exhibiting her work internationally and collaborating with fashion houses in Tokyo. Rather than separating fine art from everyday life, she sees wearable objects as a natural continuation of her artistic practice.
Creating sneakers, garments, and objects is, for Haruko, an extension of printmaking. Like an editioned print, each release is intentionally limited—wearable works that preserve the presence of the original gesture while allowing art to exist beyond the gallery.
Every HARU. piece begins as an original artwork before being carefully translated into everyday form. Produced in limited editions, each release reflects the values of printmaking: intention, rarity, craftsmanship, and collectability.

It invites people to carry art into everyday life—and, through it, to connect with one another.
